 Public Customs Administration generalized to its departments the approval of economic committee that includes adopting the agreed basics with a fuel company in order to provide the gas oil tracks passing to Syria as following:
-          The tracks those are headed to Iraq with amounts of gas oil, which are not exceed 1200 liters for chilled tracks and 1000 liters for normal tracks, are allowed to leave after collecting the difference between the global price that defined by fuel companies monthly and the local price.
-          The customs regulations will be applied if there was an increase of the above mentioned amounts.
-          Customs Houses of Yaroubia, Tannf and al-Boukamal will be informed with the global price of gas oil that defined by the fuel companies, which was for this month about 40 SP.
-          The sums, which are collected under the provisions of this recommendation, should deposit in an account specialized for this purpose according to the accounting systems.
However, many cases were registered daily concerning those tracks which carry amounts that exceed the permitted limit of gas oil.
