The Directorate building consists of the Downstairs and four floors.
- Downstairs: it contains: garage, shelter, kindergarten, hall, burners & fuel tanks, a room of generator and stores.
- Ground floor: contains the collection department.
- First floor: contains the departments of IT and treasury.
