  1. the applicant submits a licensing application, which should be registered in the Registry, after being sent by the relevant department (excise tax).
  2. the application should be attached with the same documentation requested to get a license for selling stamps.
  3. attach an administrative licence from Damascus governorate.

After studying the papers and examining the shop location the applicant is classified according to the rules of Alcohol Law. All the duties are obtained, and a stamp of 78 SP is attached to the license.

To get a permit for transporting alcohol:

  1. submit an application specifying the kinds and number of alcoholic drinks, and get it registered in the Registry.
