SYRIAN ARAB REPUBLIC

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO/76/

PRESIDENT BASHAR ALASSAD

   PURSUTE TO PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE NO /12/ OF CUSTOM LAW NO/9/

YEAR 1975 AND ITS AMENDMENTS, STIPULATES THE FOLLOWING:

Article no/1/-Amend the rates of customs duties determined in the consistent tariff table issued in legislative decree no /265/ year 2001 and its amendments, with respect to materials stated in the attached table, and this includes tax stipulated in law no /1/ year 1980.

Article no /2/- customhouse is charged to amend tariff table according to this decree within fifteen days from the date of its issuing, and the table will be adopted by virtue of minister of finance decision.

Article no /3/-This decree publish in official newspaper, and will be effective at the beginning of the month following its issuing date.
