According to constitution provisions stipulates the following:

Article /1/: The first article of law/38/ dated /2003/ is amended to:

*Civil employees in governmental offices who are subject to provisions of legislative decree no/119/and no/120/dated 1961, and social security law/92/dated/1959/and its amendments. Those who retired before 1/9/2000 and still alive will benefit from canceling the ceiling of pension salary whenever it mentioned in any laws and valid regulations. Salaries will recalculate on the bases of net wage average adopted at the end of his working period, without having any fiscal effect prior to effecting this decree.

Article no /2/-This decree publishes in official newspaper, and will be effective at the beginning of the month following its issuing date.
