Legislative Decree No. /67/

According to the Provisions of the Constitution , the President , issues the following:

Article /1/ :A -Non-Syrians should pay Exist Fees when they leave the Syrian Lands, according to Exit Card which characteristics and its  circulation specified in the decision of the minister of finance.

B -The value of fees and the citizens of countries included in this decree are specified in the decision of Cabinet according to the suggestion of the minister of finance ,applying the principle "reciprocity ". The Cabinet has the right to exempt the citizens of any country and amend the value of the fees according to the above mentioned principle .

Article /2/ :Exit Cards shall be terminated at the emigration centers on borders ,the moment of exit, according to the rules of canceling the Exit Cards fees, which is stipulated in the Law No./41/for the year1975 and its amendments .These cards shall be kept for/6/months then terminated after being checked in cooperation with employees of financial departments.

Article /3/ :Every respective worker will pay penalty equals to the value of the missed fees five times as civil reimbursement public treasury, for allowing a person included in this legislative decree without paying the fees.

Article /4/ :The article /2/ of the Law No./41/dated 29/12/1975 and its amendments, which is collecting fees from Syrian Citizens, shall be amended to be as follows:

The exempted fee of  any addition and its value shall be specified in the decision of Cabinet according to the suggestion of the minister of finance.

Article /5/ :The provisions of the Law No./12/dated 15/11/1994 shall be terminated.

Article /6/ :This legislative decree shall be publish in the Official Gazette and come into force on the beginning of the next month to the date of its issuance.
