Dr. Mohammed Al-Hussein, Minister of Finance, issued a decision which obligates the insurance companies to have the approval of Insurance Supervision Commission and the approval of Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, before contracting with non-Syrian employers
 
Decision No 99/100/
 
Minister of Finance- Chairman of Insurance Supervision Commission.
Pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 68 for year 2004.
And to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 43 for year 2005 particularly articles 15 and 17 of its executive instructions.
And to the proposal of the General Director.
 
Decide the following:
 
Article 1- insurance companies are committed to have the approval of Insurance Supervision Commission and the approval of Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, before making any contract with non-Syrian employers.
Article 2- the company should not making any contract with non-Syrian employers or allowing them to commence work in the company unless having the approvals that mentioned in article /1/ of this decision. And it should apply for the approval at least before month from the expected date of starting the contract.
Article 3- This decision is to be notified to whom that concern about its execution.
